The proposed amendments to the July 1, 2025 Local Rules for the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento are now available for public comment. The comment period closes Friday, September 19, 2025. Please send any comments to LocalRules@saccourt.ca.gov.

These rules may be purchased for $10.00 at the civil filing counter at the main courthouse, 720 9th Street, or the family law filing counter at the William R. Ridgeway Family Relations Courthouse, 3341 Power Inn Road.
