Family Law and Probate courtrooms are located on the second and third floors of the courthouse. Family Law, Restraining Orders, and Adoption matters are heard in Departments 120 - 127 and 131. Child Support matters are heard in Departments 131 and 132, and Family Law Settlement Conferences are heard in Department 128. Probate matters are heard in Department 129.
